1. Scope & Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at quasser.com, operated by halloichbineine UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sebastian-Kneipp-Straße 5, 65812 Bad Soden, Germany (hereinafter "we" or "the seller"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Contract Formation

The product presentations on our website do not constitute binding offers but rather non-binding invitations to place an order.

By clicking "Pre-Order Now" and completing the payment process via Stripe, you submit a binding order. You will receive an order confirmation via email. The contract is formed upon successful payment processing.

3. Pre-Orders

All current orders are pre-orders. The expected delivery time is 3–5 months from the date of order. We will notify you via email once your order ships.

The seller reserves the right to cancel pre-orders and issue a full refund if production cannot be completed. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). Shipping costs of 5,00 € per order are added and displayed clearly before checkout.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout (e.g. credit card, debit card).

5. Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Germany only.

For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 months. Once our production batch is ready, your order will be shipped. We will provide tracking information via email where available.

Once regular shop operations begin, standard delivery times of 3–5 business days will apply.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence in accordance with applicable law. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability for damages is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence apply additionally.
